Fantastic customer service. Very helpful in getting parts for an old bike. They let you know when to pick up which is great instead of the customer having to chase them up.

Awesome service managed to do a tyre change on Sat morning no problems all other shops claimed to be understaffed even though the rim was off the bike. Good price good knowledge.

WARNING!!! We foolishly agreed to Protecta Insurance via the car sales company when purchasing a car. The car was recently hit from behind when stationary, and we'll have to borrow money to replace the vehicle. The reason? The car has increased in value since we bought it, and Protecta SUBTRACTED A YEARS WORTH OF PREMIUMS FROM THE CLAIM. Yes, you read that right. Protecta have it written in the fine print, they can subtract up to 12 months worth of premiums from the claim even if the accident was caused by someone else. An insurance broker confirmed we would have been better off without insurance, as we could claim the full amount from the other driver. Protecta have no interest in approaching the other driver's insurer to reimburse the difference. Never again.

Took about two months to get a tyre ordered (never got it) so I went and bought one for them to do a couple days after they'd scratched all the powder coating off my rear rim obviously not using rim protectors. No communication didn't even text me to tell me my bike was done so I had to guess poor stuff really.

He checked and serviced things the dealer had ignored for eight years. I could feel the difference as I rode home! Service above and beyond. He even came back to the shop late to allow me to pick up the bike after work as the bike is my daily commuter. Joel and Rey made the whole experience easy. And charges are fair and reasonable. I’ve found the place I can trust to keep my DRZ250 (53,000 km) running smoothly and safely. Thanks guys.
