Rang these lads for a Kingquad seat cover, my seat was in need of repair, well not only did we get great service, but they found a complete immaculate replacement seat for us!!!!!. So walked out really happy.

The crew at Southern Suzuki helped me out with an MV Agusta Brutale I bought off Trademe. They're really good people that know their stuff. For me, they installed a BoosterPlug, and set up linkage for my heated gear to the battery - all done no dramas and with good humour. And when the job was all done kindly offered to courier the bike box with manual/service docs to Wellington for me - which was just really cool of them. For a short visit - the way they helped me out as a team was a great. None of the other bike shops in Invercargill were able to help for me on the Saturday. Southern Suzuki also called me straight back when I left a message to get their assistance too. That's just good service. I never write reviews, but they nailed it. Thanks.

So far great service. Will have to see the final account to be able to make a final judgment.I can do that now, and state that the work carried out lasted about 2 weeks and my quad has run like s--- ever since. I am loathe to take it back as I feel I have been ripped off a few $ hundred. It still goes, but not well. The bike was in really good condition when I bought it, and is never left outside. I keep it locked up when not in use. I suppose Southern Suki are just like any other dealership? Who can you trust - - - apart from politicians, lawyers & accountants?
