We expected this to be a standard refinance as we were unhappy with our previous bank. This turned into massive savings and 3 years cut off the mortgage life, with payments only slightly higher even with the huge interest rate increases across the board. The rates we received were much better than what our previous bank of 8 years would offer.This team - especially Jacob, really know the ins and outs and take the time to tailor the structure to meet where you are at.
