Staff are friendly, english level is low but they are very hospitable.Very busy place depending when you go. Food is amazing, on point and has the great spicy numb goodness.Food comes out relatively fast considering the hustle and bustle of the joint.Have been twice and the second time didn't have the spice level as the first time hence the 4 stars.They do eat in and take away.Note that the vegan/vegetarian option are very low. Vego friends, yes you can go however keep in mind that your options are limited.Nice clean toilet.

Best Japanese Izakaya restaurant in Auckland that I have seen. Beautiful cosy little setup in the heart of Ponsonby Central. The dinner (available from 4.30pm) bento boxes are amazing!

Overall it's a good bowl of ramen. Noodles always well cooked. Light on topping for the price in my opinion, but I guess simplicity is their style.As you can see, for $3.50, maybe skip the egg.Otherwise really nice place with great service and a big menu.

This is the best scallop dish we have in NZ. And the grilled beef is juice and good. But we waste more than one and half hour to wait my food, it seems so crazy. Just like other clients said, food is fantastic, but...

As you walk in, you inmediately find yourself engrossed in japanese culture. A bustling atmosphere, which brings japan to you. Often quite full, a wait nothing longer than 5 minutes. Food variety is huge. One low point is the time you wait for food. Wish that more staff are available. Staff genuinely want to be there, Drink selection is huge, with sake and beer and wines. As food arrives, you inmediately want to dig in. Food is extremely authentic, portion size is huge. Food definitely worth it. High tech computer system ensures you pay correctly, and they check with you to ensure that order is correct. Sweets available at checkout.Great value. Definitely recommend.

Stopped here for a meal while travelling. Have to say we enjoyed the amazing Japanese food.They have a wide range of offerings from sushi, ramen, bento, rice dishes, small entrees, dessert, etc. Also offers beer and sake.The ramen is very good and can tell it's authentic broth made from scratch and has no MSG.Service is pretty quick and prices are good. Servings are reasonable.Love it.

Probably the best restaurant we dined at in New Zealand. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious, service was excellent and the atmosphere was great. Catered well for our plant-based diet with a large variety of vegan dishes.

Very delicious Chinese food, authentic Chengdu flavor, with a large portion and good taste, it is worth visiting for those who like spicy food. The service provided by the store staff is very enthusiastic and recommended!

Food was not bad but way too expensive for the tiny serving.Cocktails were very below average. We ordered- Candy Apple- Melon Boy- Ginza HostessDO NOT ORDER THE COCKTAIL WITH PASSION FRUIT, COCONUT WATER AND GUAVA JUICE. IT IS HORRIBLE
