Sanitary inspection

Got the job done but cant shut gates after themselves. Almost killed my dog as I was taking him to his crate because the front gate was wide open. Also didnt put back the shelving. Same sink installed but somehow plumbing set up different so shelf wont fit..

Rentokil took over the business I went to each year for an insect treatment. This year the price doubled. Over 2 months later I received a bill for over $1000 dollars. I emailed back saying it was extremely stressful receiving this email, I provided a screen shot twice confirming I paid the account prior to the service. I also said I'm not clear why they are trying to charge me twice?? No reply. I followed up and asked for an update. Again, no reply.I think when people are respectful and nice, companies don't care. I won't be using any rentokil company again. They may not care, but when companies treat good customers this way, they don't return.Oafter the treatment, i contacted them to advise the treatment didn't work, no reply. Terrible product, Terrible service, very expensive

Great service again from excellent plumbers - do what they say they will, when they say they will. Competitive pricing.Always pleasant on the job and honest. Highly recommend these tradies.

I'd like to know why you never fill the soap dispensers in the Sumner surf club toilets on the main road when you are paid to do so?

I would not recommend this company to anyone. This review has taken me awhile to post but I feel that I should speak up about this company. My shower that was five years old needed replacing ,but they replaced it with a smaller shower that has left visible concrete, there was also damaged during replacement. I rang company back but told me it's not there problem and not much they could do. The replacement was not cheap. Once the new shower was installed it leaked ,I sent in a video but no response. They clearly do not care and I am still left with a horrible looking bathroom.

David, from the CHCH branch is very professional and knowledgeable. He is always friendly and completes the job in a timely manner. Dealing with the Auckland call centre, now that is not so simple!

We paid for a service to eliminate a possible presence of rats. Seems it is a possum in the roof, and not only couldn't they detect that, but also got slower and later with turning up at set services for checking the rat traps and failed to even turn up for the last service to check and remove the traps. All during a non lockdown period.

Excellent and quick service

We used to trust Rentokil to deal with an ongoing rat problem we suffer every winter, due to undesirable neighbours. They used to helpfully climb into the ceiling space, lay bait, give feedback on what they saw, and return to tidy up.Now they claim they are unable to do this due to 'health and safety'. The last guy they sent was useless. He poked his head into the roof space, and threw handfuls of bait into the area before we could protest. There is no way he was there long enough to make any sort of assessment, and we were cross that we now had a roof full of loose rat bait that wasn't even inside a bait station.To make things even worse, we now have, what we assume from the smell, is a dead rat in the roof. When we phoned them to come and deal with the problem they had created, they claimed they couldn't, due to health and safety.So. They will take your money, do a poor job of assessment, make a mess, and take no responsibility for it. Not good enough. We are never using them again.

Laser Plumbing recently attended my residence to diagnose and repair a misbehaving gas water heater. Due to its age replacement was a possibility. The staff member arrived, when he said he would, he was respectful of our grounds and the interior spaces. He appraised the issue, advised the resolve, ordered the new unit, installed all in 3 hours. Brilliant.
