I feel very thankful to have stumbled across Smash'd Em Pest Control. After talking to another pest control company about potential bed bugs and feeling patronised and belittled, I rang Smash'd Em Pest Control with my morale feeling low. This instantly changed when talking to Ronelle who was very knowledgeable, reassuring and understanding. I felt supported and heard as she listened and tried her best to answer all of my paranoid questions. The service was fast - less than an hour after I rang, Jon came to my house for a free investigation. Jon was thorough and informative and very understanding, professional and kind. Incredibly happy with the service, super friendly and supportive staff. I would recommend anybody and everybody to this service, very caring and helpful people.

Rentokil took over the business I went to each year for an insect treatment. This year the price doubled. Over 2 months later I received a bill for over $1000 dollars. I emailed back saying it was extremely stressful receiving this email, I provided a screen shot twice confirming I paid the account prior to the service. I also said I'm not clear why they are trying to charge me twice?? No reply. I followed up and asked for an update. Again, no reply.I think when people are respectful and nice, companies don't care. I won't be using any rentokil company again. They may not care, but when companies treat good customers this way, they don't return.Oafter the treatment, i contacted them to advise the treatment didn't work, no reply. Terrible product, Terrible service, very expensive

A great bird managment service from Jeremy and MCC. Jeremy has completed several challenging jobs (for us) and did a fantastic and tidy job on them all - great service with a great price, highly recommend!

From picking up the phone to answer our questions to the job done on the first day. This company is awesome. They were helpful, very affordable and super friendly. My partner did find places that were abit cheaper (even though these prices are on point) but because their customer service was so good, we went with them. Then on the first day of treatment, the exterminator arrived on time, gave us a good summary of what is to happen, and did an amazing job. We saw no signs of them anymore, and then on the follow up treatment, it was a quick hi and bye and a job well done. We were so surprised with the results, but love it! If we have any other critters annoying us again, we'll definitely call these guys for help.Called them again for cockroaches and wonderful job! Just one treatment and never saw those suckers again! Love this place. Defs my go to from now on for any bug related infestations.

I called up Paul on a public holiday and he wasn’t working but a) referred me to another person that was working and b) took time out to give me a lot of advice over the phone. Amazing service when I wasn’t a paying customer for the business. If the actual performance is anything like the customer service over the phone then I can 100% recommend this business.

Craig has been looking after pests on my property for about 10 years. He cleared out the ants that were throughout the roof space. I chose to have a yearly contract rather than a one-treatment because otherwise the ants would simply return, since they are in all the gardens around here.When that house was bulldozed and rebuilt (earthquake rebuild), I asked Craig to spray repellent on the frame timber and do what he could to stop the ants setting up home in the new house before we moved back. That seems to have worked. Now he continues to visit every few months, keeping up the ant treatments and putting out rodent bait. I am very happy with his service and have recommended him to my friends.

I'd like to know why you never fill the soap dispensers in the Sumner surf club toilets on the main road when you are paid to do so?
