I feel very thankful to have stumbled across Smash'd Em Pest Control. After talking to another pest control company about potential bed bugs and feeling patronised and belittled, I rang Smash'd Em Pest Control with my morale feeling low. This instantly changed when talking to Ronelle who was very knowledgeable, reassuring and understanding. I felt supported and heard as she listened and tried her best to answer all of my paranoid questions. The service was fast - less than an hour after I rang, Jon came to my house for a free investigation. Jon was thorough and informative and very understanding, professional and kind. Incredibly happy with the service, super friendly and supportive staff. I would recommend anybody and everybody to this service, very caring and helpful people.

From picking up the phone to answer our questions to the job done on the first day. This company is awesome. They were helpful, very affordable and super friendly. My partner did find places that were abit cheaper (even though these prices are on point) but because their customer service was so good, we went with them. Then on the first day of treatment, the exterminator arrived on time, gave us a good summary of what is to happen, and did an amazing job. We saw no signs of them anymore, and then on the follow up treatment, it was a quick hi and bye and a job well done. We were so surprised with the results, but love it! If we have any other critters annoying us again, we'll definitely call these guys for help.Called them again for cockroaches and wonderful job! Just one treatment and never saw those suckers again! Love this place. Defs my go to from now on for any bug related infestations.

I am so impressed with Smash'd Em pest control that I give them 5 stars. After being very disappointed using Rentokill, who had to come and do the job 3 times last season to get rid of my flies and spiders, Jonathan did a brilliant job. The problem was immediately sorted, the service was friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing flies and spiders eradicated from their premises.

I highly recommend Smash'd Em Pest Control for anyone out there looking for excellent value & quality when it comes to getting rid of any type of pests. My apartment was colonized with cockroaches and Jonathan came in like a superhero and sorted it out, explaining what will happen and how. I am again feeling safe and relaxed in my own home thanks to them. Ronelle at Smash'd Em Pest control absolutely saved me and my bedroom. She really took the in-depth time (multiple phone calls, pictures and questions) to work out what pest was bothering me and recommended the appropriate action. It saved me HUNDREDS of dollars, she was one of only 2 people to get back to me also even after asking for help across Auckland.I cannot recommend this place enough.I was about to set my bedroom on fire without them.Thank you so very much for all your help and my apologies that it took so long to write this review. I'm honestly so happy with the level of customer care but also the job that was done so very last minute also.Special shout out to the technician also for making time out of their busy day to come help me out ASAP, I REALLY appreciated it!Even if you've got quotes from others and they're cheaper this place is the best. Without a doubt just book with this company.

We had a problem with Argentine Wasps and found Smash'd Em by a google search for wasp exterminators in Auckland. They were the 3rd to call and the first to answer and provide a time for that day! We were rapt!! Were expecting a delay, as is the norm in Auckland, but to get it sorted immediately was a real relief and pleasant surprise. Highly recommended and, now that I've got their number, they will be my first call for any more bug and rodent issues. 100%

An incredible company with fantastic staff. We dealt with Ronelle and Chris who were responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to help us with the extermination process and were generous with their time and information. Could not rate them more highly.

My experience with Smash'd em was a little while ago, but I've had to look at Pest Control options for a mate recently and thought I'd note my experience with them from the past.Service and communication was great, the Pest Control aspect of it was awesome too (Fleas).They gave us a little pamphlet with information on what to do after their visit and information on what to look out for etc. Within the next few days, you could tell what they had done, had worked. Fast forward to a few weeks and months later, still no sign of those nasty little critters, which is awesome.Recommended them to a different friend for the same problem a few months ago, and their experience was great too.They do a fantastic job at flea removal and I'd recommend them to anyone who's in need of Pest Control.
