A++ service. Sarah and Kevin were fantastic. I was very anxious sending my older dog international but they reassured me and she arrived in Australia safe and well. Highly recommend.

We recently sent my son's cat over to Melbourne to join him and had such great service from Tony at Aero Pets Auckland. There's is a lot of admin when you're sending your pet overseas unaccompanied and the vet and made an error with the NZ Government required MPI form when doing the final check. But right from the start I was confident that Tony knows his stuff and it was sorted in time for Scooter to make his scheduled flight the day after. Thanks for making it a hassle free experience for us and getting Scooter to his new home safely !

Be aware that this cattery loses cats and gets people's cats mixed up. Not recommended if you want your cat back.

Gayelene and the team at jetpets made the process of getting our cat from nz to Mackay so stress free, communication was excellent and for her journey I was sent report cards with photos and updates on how she was doing at every step of the way. It was nice to know she was getting lots of cuddles, would recommend jetpets again in a heartbeat

We used grace removers after getting a fanastic quote.The packers and movers showed total respect for our household items and were so professional in every way. Moving house is very stressful and Grace made it a total pleasure. My experience with Grace was easy and I would totally use them again and will recommend them to family and friends. Jetpets flew our dog Joey from Auckland to Invercargill. Their staff were super friendly and treated Joey like she was their pet. Jetpets gave us the chance to take the kennel she flew in a few days before the flight so Joey could get used to it. She seemed happy when we picked her up from the airport.

I originally had my dog booked with them for an agreed cost to fly internationally (cost was paid before I flew). Corona hit, (which I understand) this caused a long delay. After 3 months, of going back and forward to fly him, they suggested the only way to fly him now is to pay an additional 16k (total cost would've come to 21-22k). Because apparently it's the only way.They went on about how it's either that option, or to fly him sometime at the end of the year. They suggested in order to reduce the cost, I can organize all his flights and permits from each country he will transit through, which just caused me a ton of stress. He was staying at Brookby Lodge while in Auckland till I placed him somewhere better and more caring to him. He stayed with them for 3-4 months, which expectedly cost a lot. I was very OK with that, until a friend of mine went to pick him up for the day. My dog had managed to lose 6kgs in their care. Additionally, his coat was an absolute mess. This was the case every time my friend went to see him.Upon emailing them regarding my concerns, they got defensive and said he was on a special diet for free"

Had a good experience with Michelle sending my 2 cats back to Perth. She was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend her services. Thank you Michelle :)
