Michelle assisted us in transporting our two furry crew members, Samantha and Dean, Devon Rex cats sailing the world with us on Gargoyle, from Auckland New Zealand to Amsterdam. Michelle did an incredible job of coordinating all aspects of the trip from the travel crates, MPI interaction, flight bookings, overnight stay, coordination with the Amsterdam importer and transport and drop off the morning of the flight, first to MPI for their final checks then at Singapore Air. We really can't say enough about how amazing working with Michelle was for us. Thank you!!!

Michelle is an absolute legend! Our puppy was stuck up on the North Island after the covid lockdown. Michelle picked up our dog up in Northland and looked after him in Auckland at her house while we waited for his flight to be confirmed. She kept us up to date with the situation with regular phone calls and photos which was really reassuring. I can say enough good things. Would totally recommend! Thanks Michelle!!!

Michelle has been absolutely amazing in coordinating the transport of our new puppy from NZ to Australia. She took such good care of him, including welcoming him into her home for an overnight stopover and sending regular updates and photos. We recently moved from Tauranga to Newman Western Australia. Elite pet services with Michelle at the lead, were the only pet transport company that was willing to go the extra mile, and assist us with Fox and Bells to have a hassle free trip from door to door. Our fur babies were picked up at home and transported to Auckland. They were taken for their MPI clearance and checks. That evening we received photos of them eating and relaxing. This already put our minds at ease. With their arrival in Perth we were notified, with the ongoing flight details to Newman. Our daughter was contacted with the arriving flight details to pick the cats up. Both Fox and Bells arrived in good condition. I was very nervous about flying my cat 12,000 miles to London but Michelle was reassuring and within minutes of my cat being delivered from Heathrow he was purring.

I am so grateful for Michelle's help in transporting our little Arlo from New Zealand to the States. She was helpful and informative from the start, even before we confirmed we'd like to use her services for the move. We really didn't think twice about anything we needed to do as Michelle made the process so simple and straightforward that we didn't have to worry about anything. She even brought round the airline crate early enough that we could being getting our little guy used to it as we hadn't crate trained him from the start. Our move was during one of the AKL lockdowns, so we had that bit of stress over our heads as well but you wouldn't have known it in our interactions with Michelle. She was so personable and warm and obviously loves animals so much that we were put at ease each time. She was so patient and kind as we said our goodbyes ahead of our departure flight.
