My experience Willow & Maddie was great. So efficient & easy. I will be booking them again, the whole process made our life easier, great communication and also good knowing that the Snoo was going to be delivered and that our baby would sleep whilst on holiday.

Erin saved our skins!! She was so understanding an extra extra helpful with our situation. I'm so glad we found the snoo in New Zealand! With our giant way too heavy to rock boy, it was the only way we survived until we could sleep train. Thank you so much Erin!

I’m so happy my friend suggested we rent a snoo from Willow and Maddie as I can’t imagine what our sleep would look like without it now. I just wish we’d known about it for our first baby. I can’t praise Erin enough as her customer service has been top notch with a great personal touch. She’s gone above and beyond and we feel that she is driven by a genuine desire to help new parents get the most out of the snoo. We would highly recommend to any of our friends and family.

The team at Willow & Maddie are wonderful and we couldn’t be happier with the product and the excellent customer care we received. We hired a SNOO for our baby from Willow & Maddie for several months mid to late last year. Throughout the rental period, all our queries were answered promptly and we felt that Erin and her team went above and beyond to be helpful. The whole rental process was so seamless, we were so impressed. This is a great kiwi business and we would thoroughly recommend !

Not only could I not rave about this product enough but the staff are the most kind/ prompt and easy to communicate with.They made the transfer process so easy and respond to emails within minutes.This product almost completely attributed to me being a functioning mum with the extra hours sleeps it allowed us through the newborn phase and we used it to the maximum up until my little one turned 5months old.Probably my most recommended baby item!
