Absolutely horrible! If I could give no stars I would. They state 24/7 communication but I placed my order, money went through on the 19th today is the 27th no shipping info, can’t actually speak with anyone. Phone number goes to an answer phone message saying to email. I’ve emailed, used the inquiry link on the website, the social media links at the bottom of the page don’t connect to anything, they have a live chat option which just links to a free trial for a live chat app. Really hoping I get resolution or else it’s going to be an expensive mistake.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago, go to follow up on it and the website is down, nobody answers the phones and nobody responds to e-mails.I think I got ripped off.

Wow, they say call us 24 hour number, pity no one wants to answer the phone. Then they say email us, we will respond. Well that was two days ago and nothing. They took my payment on the 13th Dec, still waiting for product and cant contact anyone.

I made an order on the 22nd of December.. I choose this website because it says “delivery 1-3 working days”. it wasn’t shipped until the 29th of December which is one week since my order (3 working days). Got my order on 6th of January. Yes, delivery company was slow, Christmas etc. I still think that I was mislead. But the main thing that I called them couple times and they were saying that they will email me “tomorrow” with more details but they didn’t. And only after I posted bad review I got more attention.

Placed an order 19 December, still waiting for it to be delivered 3 weeks later. Money taken from our credit card 24 December. Tried contacting the company via email and phone but no response, except for an automated email reply that they will get back to me within 24 hours. Latest phone attempt shows phone number not working. Do not recommend.

Order was delivered late but this was because the courier had misplaced (lost) the order. Only 3 star because of communication was below par and in the comms that I did get, promises were made but not kept. Great prices on their products though and I'm going to give it another try and hope this less great experience was a once off.
