Highly recommended. We had a tight timeline and needed french doors and some windows built/delivered before xmas - always a tough time, plus i know they had some covid/sick staff issues. Jay promised and delivered! On installation there was one small problem with an incorrect flashing which was promptly and professionally dealt with. Thanks very much to Jay and the rest of the team.

Bad experience. Communication was POOR and I had to chase them up at EVERY stage of the process. They were super late to do my quote and then didn't show up on the day of delivery and I could not make contact with anyone from the shop. Had to wait another week for delivery, and to top it off the delivery person was rude and told me to read the quote mate" when I asked him why he was alone to deliver a large door. Dont waste your time with these muppets."

We had our own builders install and cannot fault the joinery. Except delays in the some products causing tradie hours cost, missing pieces which were unaccounted for and we’ve had to buy again. Communication poor, I wouldn’t use these guys again unfortunately.

They made and new joinery for the Rotary flats and their installers worked well to make our tenants comfortable through the week long process.

Our new door leaked, and caused a water stain on our new tiles.They fixed the door and said manufacturing mistakes happen bad luck about the water stains. They have to take responsibility for this consequential loss under the consumer affairs and fair trading act, we will be making a claim.
