Kyle MacDonald is a disgrace to his profession

Belittling Condescending Dismisive. As per usual. No help whatsoever.

Really rude receptionist. I called to make an appointment and the lady scoffed at me over the phone when I asked to get an appointment. This was enought to put me off and find another pyschiatrist, I’ve never interacted with Dr. Kacer, so he might be a bit nicer.

Receptionist was a pain to talk to almost felt like I was the health profession catering to her needs whilst attempting to book an appointment with Dr Kacer. Hopefully, Dr Kacer will prove otherwise and make up for the lack of compassion from his fellow colleague. Not a great start but lets hope for a good finish moving forward.

Been seeing Dr Barron and cant overstate how helpful hes been in my life. Very professional. Premises are clean and comfortable. 5 stars.

I am experiencing the same complete lack of service as Angela P has posted in her review. Booked and paid for an initial consultation months in advance and then with 2 working days notice they informed me the psychiatrist had left to open his own practice. A backdated letter they sent said they received notice of this in January so plenty of time to inform clients. Thankfully we were able to keep our original appt with this psychiatrist at his new practice and he has been brilliant. Anteris Hamilton however have not yet refunded my $750 fee for a service they have not provided and they are not responding to emails and calls. My next step is disputes tribunal. Do not recommend dealing with them at all.

I have been seeing Jane for the past year now and she is lovely. Couldn’t recommend her more.

Dr. Park @ Forenpsych has quite literally changed my life (and my fiance's too). Please ignore the other prickly reviewer, their comment doesn't reflect this practise accurately. I say this with confidence as many people have shared outstandingly positive experiences at Forenpsych on the NZ Adults with ADHD Facebook group I am a part of. It's sad that this practise doesn't have many reviews, but I believe this is likely because people may not want to volunteer the fact they visit a Psychiatrist (understandable!).After struggling with my mental health for years, hitting rock bottom and never quite finding the help I needed - coming to Forenpsych helped me turn it all around! Dr Park is always approachable, patient and endlessly knowledgable. Finding high quality/genuine mental health care providers can be very difficult, but this place hits the nail on the head. I can tell the folks at Forenpsych care deeply about what they do. Because of all this, I believe the cost and occasional (but reasonable) wait is well worth it.

Don’t expect help from these monsters, they do not care if you are suicidal and they will treat you like an idiot.
