Venture Pet handled the transport of my four cats from Wellington to Brisbane. It was a real pleasure to deal with Bruce who was very informative about the process at every step. It all went without a hitch. They had to be boarded for a couple of nights in Brisbane with Mary who contracts to Venture - she was lovely to deal with too. I'd highly recommend Venture Pet to anyone needing to transport their furbabies.

Had a great experience with Lisa at VenturePet when I moved my lab retriever from New Zealand to Singapore. We are so grateful to Lisa at VenturePet. She helped us move our cat Alex from New Zealand to Ireland. Despite being such a big move everything was stress-free from day one. She answered all our questions, and explained every part of the process very well. We were very impressed with the care they provide to the pets during the trip, the cage, the facilities, the stopovers, etc. We were very nervous about how the long trip would affect our shy cat, but he arrive safe and healthy, less stressed than expected, which was a nice surprise. To us it showed how well looked after he was.Being the first time we moved with a pet, with no idea what implied, Lisa’s help definitely eased the stress and made everything smooth, for this we highly recommend them.
