The place is very clean, friendly and respectful. I've been going for 3 months now as a 17 year old and I'm loving it, I've progressed a lot since I started going for the first time and I'm loving it. I Definitely recommend this place for learning martial arts

I joined 9round a couple of years ago after not having stepped into a gym for about 20 years! I have 3 young children and I work part time so I find it great that I can go anytime that suits me. The trainers are really friendly, helpful and motivating. I love it!

Flex Fitness Riccarton 24 Hour Gym
Staff are always super lovely & helpful. Good variety of machines and always so clean. The bathrooms & showers are great and usually no wait for them (unless peak times but still only a short wait then).
