Evolution Muay Thai
Been struggling with not smoking weed and vaping for years. Training at evolution is definitely the main reason I was able to quit my bad habits. The whole place has changed and even saved my life. I’ll always be grateful for this gym. The coaches are Fukn brilliant and all the other students make the place really welcoming and friendly. I never thought a place where people learn to fight would be so peaceful.

We joined through a friend’s referral. My 4.5 years old boy absolutely loves it! Cigano is very welcoming, professional, patient and passion. He understands how to guid children at this age and also other age groups. Kati is also very supportive and helps to answer all my queries. Highly recommend.

When I first joined coast academy everyone was so welcoming.Barry is very good with coaching and makes class a little more fun with his sense of humor.I really enjoy the energy there.Everyone is so respectful and rolling is super fun.My daughter also loves the kids classes.She is introverted and shy yet Charlotte was able to help bring her out of her shell more and make her feel safe and welcomed.Definitely recommend!

For my son, Douglas has become a real thought leader and mentor. In the classroom, Douglas will always find a place for fun and informal communication with students ... BUT! no one will ever think of being disobedient and violating discipline, which is one of the important blades of BJJ.All of this helps build a community a.k.a family around this outstanding school of BJJ champions.
