BJJ given the nature of the sport (a combat sport)in my opinion would be a disastrous experience in the hands of a bad coach and team.Westside Jiu jitsu is the exact opposite.Great coach great team therefore great experience.

Gareth is a highly experienced coach with a history of combat experience in MMA, Judo and BJJ. His calm demeanour and methodical approach leave no doubt that you’re in good hands. Add to this his teaching style of rewarding students with positive reinforcement creates a great club culture and a fun atmosphere to learn in. Highly commend.
