Fantastic service and, being an online business, a lot less expensive than other art frame shops. They can adjust the size of their standard frames to suit the artwork at no extra charge. Sophiemarie made it a point to ring and email me to make sure the matting board was perfectly sized around the art print. It was always very easy to reach them when I had questions and they responded in a timely manner when I emailed them. It took only about 2-3 weeks to get it done. Parcel arrived in excellent conditon and carefully packaged. Choice of frames is a bit limited but there were enough good quality ones to choose from.

I am absolutely thrilled with this company. My frame was delayed because of Covid lockdowns and they kept in touch via email apologising for the delay. The product came with clear instructions and beautifully packed. The youtube tutorials were excellent and easy to follow. I am so pleased with the end result with my embroidery looking stunning in its new frame. Thank you Framing Online for making the experience so good. I will certainly be using this company again.
