We joined through a friend’s referral. My 4.5 years old boy absolutely loves it! Cigano is very welcoming, professional, patient and passion. He understands how to guid children at this age and also other age groups. Kati is also very supportive and helps to answer all my queries. Highly recommend.

Professor Cigano is a true representation of how much fun this sport can be. This is a wonderful family friendly safe academy that caters to people of every level. I absolutely recommend this to anyone who is curious to come give it a go. Prepare to have a lot of fun ❤️

My son has been coming to learn jiu-jitsu with Cigano for 2 years and loves it. Cigano is brilliant with the kids of all ages and has a real passion for what he does. The team are so close. I love the values that they teach (discipline and respect, caring for eachother and their competitors) as well as the physical, mental and emotional strength that is taught. Can't recommend highly enough.

If you’re looking to compete, this is one of the best gyms to be in. They are very supportive to their members, probably the happiest gym when you see them in competitions. Even non competing members would be there to support their teammates, so yeah this gym just knows how to have a good time.This is not a “mc-dojo” gym, there are no exams where you need to memorise some set of moves then forget them after, you’ll get promoted when you’re ready, in fact Cigano just finds creative ways to promote his students (if you got it then you got it). If you’re near the area just try it out, they usually have open mats on Fridays so even non members (who knows how to roll) can have a feel what they’re all about.They do not offer striking classes. They do BJJ classes 6 days a week, which is actually great because you’ll focus more on grappling (gi and no-gi) making your BJJ game develop faster.Remember when I said they do BJJ classes 6 days a week? I actually lied. They are closed on days where there are competitions because everyone is encouraged to show support to competing members.Coaches are legit competitors. Oh yeah Cigano is a Champion in his division multiple times, but I don’t think this should be the selling point why you should join, Cigano is a great guy, I have seen him smile getting his medals but I have seen him happier seeing his students succeed.I hope you enjoyed my review, they just make BJJ addicting. I can’t thank or appreciate Professor Cigano enough for the time, effort and patience he puts in every single class with my 4.5 year old and every other student of his. Ever since joining he and the whole GC family have been nothing but kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I've been interested to start learning jiu jutsu for years and I'm very happy that I chose ZR-team. I read the other reviews and I have to say that despite the positive reviews, it STILL bet my expectations.Professor Cigano is not only a multinational champion, but he is a great communicator and teacher. The environment is supportive and friendly and the training is both fun and serious. From seeing the junior classes, he interacts with kids so naturally that it's just obvious he has a kid of his own. Even after just a few days of training, everyone makes you feel like you belong to a family.I'd recommend this for any beginners as well as those with more experience, looking for a reliable and committed instructor.

GC is a family-oriented gym. My children, husband and myself train here. Professor Cigano is awesome with kids. It is very welcoming of anyone wanting try BJJ. As a woman, it is a safe place to learn and to grow in the gentle art of BJJ. The team at GC understands that everyone progress at their own pace. The environment at GC is a positive one - everyone supports and encourages each other regardless of belt colour.

I joined not so long ago and I already feel at home. Cigano is a very nice and welcoming person and also great with kids. Ever since I joined I feel like I can't miss out on even one class. Being there and training with the ZR family is just awesome. I 100% recommend this gym for people trying Jiu-Jitsu for their first time.
