Regal Limousine were part of my Wedding experience. It is a well priced service as well as wonderful people to deal with. The staff made this part of my day very easy to arrange. The chauffeurs were friendly and very accommodating on the day!

Easy to rent trucks. No issues and they were helpful and clear with what needed to be done.We hired a truck from here to move and this experience was hassle free.

Nice people, Disgusting car, smelt and was dirty, no comment when I said this to them..... sadly I had no other option, will not use this company again

Not that good

Hired a truck to move our son to a flat in Wellington. Was given a truck that probably shouldn't have been allowed on the road as it wallowed all over the show. Also passenger door controls broken so window couldn't open and door unable Tobe locked from outside. Passenger side step unstable and truck was unclean inside. Dropped truck off at night after filling tank and next day credit card was charged an extra $52 for not filling tank to their satisfaction " even though we filled it right up at petrol station. Will not be using this company again!!!"

Booked a car seat that was advertised as NB-4yrs and unfortunately it wasn’t suitable for a baby under 2 years old. It had no support so should’ve only been advertised as a booster seat. The car also had a tire in the boot (not a spare tire, it was due to be dropped off to the post office). Understand it wouldn’t have crossed their mind I may have a pram in tow in an already snug car.

The reason as to why Waiheke Rental Cars are receiving 5 Stars from me is because of the customer service that both the operations manager and another employee showed during a time of distress.My car was sliding down a steep bank at Matiatia in the unsealed carpark. And I was anxious and had no one to turn too for help. But the employees that helped remained professional and virtue towards the cause, and for that I am very thankful for.Time and effort that these employees put into solving my problem that day in the wet conditions will not be forgotten. From bringing a car to help tow. To special equipment to assist in the process. For this I must acknowledge and praise these gentlemen that work for Waiheke Rental Cars for the virtues that were shown that day.Thank you again! And you definitely deserve the 5 Star Rating from me.
