Miramar New World

Great customer service, clean inviting store. Spacious, good stock.

Brian provided me amazing service when re-fuelling in Miramar. A stormy day outside, he told me to wait in the warm inside while he filled up for me. He also cleaned the whole front of the car which was in serious need of a wash. Following this we proceeded to have a 10min conversation in Chinese. Ka pai Brian and thanks for the great service and chat!

The Post Shop doesn't do the RealMe photo verification service. Guy was nice on the phone :)

New World Fuel Miramar's service is appalling. As a customer you are treated as an inconvenience. As a New Zealand Post agent they take a no care, no responsibility approach - it's not their problem, it's not their fault, they aren't NZ Post, you need to contact them. In my opinion the staff needs some serious training in customer service. If I didn't get fuel dockets from New World I wouldn't go near the place. I wish I could state I have had some positive experiences here, unfortunately I can not think of any redeeming features, other than they do have petrol - for this fact they don't really earn a star but it wont allow a review without 1 star.

Times for NZ Post services are incorrectly shown online, often ring up to ask if they're running the post part still and they'll say until 7.30 - can't complain they're open longer than advertised but a bit deceiving!

The best customer service experience I have had for many years. Especially from the young man on duty this morning 14th November 2022.
