I recently used Flight Center for my flight to SA from New Zealand, great service, even at 6pm, up to the point of payment. But I won’t recommend this option as when you contact / email the Flight Center that you dealt with 3 times over 3 days to get some help it’s concerning, worst part was the airline couldn’t assist because you have to deal with the booking agent. Seems like it would be easier to deal directly with the Airline and they will be able to help you at any point during your trip.

Excellent option for cyclists for onward travel from Horeke with bikes from Horeke tavern to Rawene. You can also travel to Kohukohu for onward cycling North. The owner was a perfect gentleman, flexible and really saved our day because road access to Rawene is problematic for many cyclists. Fair value and highly recommended. You also get a view from the water of the mission house.

Not helpful at all....message is...if you didnt buy your tickets there then 'too bad' not willing to help!....so much for 'be kind' amidst a serious Pandemic!

Don’t ever go here. Not only did Sam never reply to us on time he didn’t give us any head ups and tell us how to do literally anything. Mucked up one of our flights said it was at midnight actually was at 9:30pm, almost missed it, booked us no transport from the airport to the hotel, didn’t tell us that the London eye ticket was actually not really a ticket for that time, we still had to book a time slot so we missed out on that, shortened our japan stay from 9 days like we asked to 7 days, booked us an extra night at one of the hotels and we didn’t get a refund. Before we even went we were under the impression that we had payed for everything then he hit us with $1.5k bill the week before which we payed for only to then find out that’s didn’t even cover everything like the email said it did. He has turned our holiday into something so extremely stressful.

Brilliant trip. The captain was informative and funny. His ‘helper’ was helpful and fantastic with everyone. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and saw some fabulous parts of the sound.
