Excellent option for cyclists for onward travel from Horeke with bikes from Horeke tavern to Rawene. You can also travel to Kohukohu for onward cycling North. The owner was a perfect gentleman, flexible and really saved our day because road access to Rawene is problematic for many cyclists. Fair value and highly recommended. You also get a view from the water of the mission house.

My mother, sister and I highly recommend the Hokianga Harbour History Tour on board MV Ranui. The operators were informative, knowledgeable, friendly and most helpful. Excellent all round.

Fabulous trip on The Ranui a couple of weeks ago. The skipper Craig gave us an excellent commentary and overview of a very historic and important part of NZ colonial history. The boat was comfortable and clean. Can't recommend enough!
