Ashburton Panelcraft Repair Centre

We purchased a car privately, and only an hour after taking possession discovered a hole in the roof. With no recourse to the seller, we contacted Panelcraft who were able to get the job done in record time. Not an small hole in our pockets later I raised a few housekeeping issues with the team and they collected the car and rectified without issue, even when it became apparent from work place photos that it wasn't their workmanship but our inattention to the details, perhaps like the hole in the roof....... Going above and beyond, this team really is about SERVICE. If you need them, they are the team to call.

I put my beloved Mitsubishi Pajero in for some panel work and Rust removal, Panel craft fitted me in within the week and was completed by the end of the following week. I am totally impressed with the work done. The experience from receptionist right through to workmanship has amazed me, that's why they get 5 stars. I have 4 vehicles and will not hesitate to use Panel craft again. As far as I'm concerned they are my panel beater.

paintwork was amazing and could not fault the finish and id gladly have used the business again. id have given a 5 star review .unfortunately as far as a review goes , when a business damages other than what the car went there for and doesn't inform the owner i find this extremely unacceptable. this business got paint inside a near new car, then tried to tidy it up leaving the inside panels in unacceptable state. they got the vehicle back to try remedy the issues but that didnt work.they then took the vehicle to a groomer to see what the stuck on stuff was, like they wouldn't have known. there's still paint residue in the vehicle but thats not bad enough to do anything further. it has had replacement inside panels now fitted.this was made to look like it wasnt there problem, and i had to use my time and get independent parties to look at the vehicle. the comments were what did they do" its terrible.customer beware

Took my car in for repair after a pole jumped" out at me and dented the passenger side door. The staff were super efficient

Had three of my vehicles fixed here in recent years, would definitely recommend them, very proactive people, you can tell they do there absolute best to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as they can.

They're amazing. I cant even tell the difference. Everything has been put back to place after the repair and painting just like nothing happened. And they helped me arranged with towing too.

Positive from the start - worked with me to fit my repair in for a time that suited me, relaxed, they have a sense of humour. Provided a courtesy car at a nominal cost. Clear around time frames for payment of excess and timeframe of repairs. Car was ready early! The job was perfect and I sure My car was cleaner than when it went in. Happy working on an EV too!
