Passport agent

We were applying for a partnership visa and in a very difficult situation. Chris assisted us patiently with kindness, empathy and great expertise. I had contacted him after hearing from friends that he is one of the best immigration advisers in New Zealand. With his help we got the visa. We are infinitely grateful to Chris and will ask for his assistance again when the time comes to apply for the next visa.

Shocking service. Ended up walking out after being left standing at the counter waiting to be acknowledged. A phone call was more important to answer than a customer standing at the counter. Out of 5 staff members on the floor, not one could be bothered looking at me let alone saying we'll be with you shortly"."

We went into taradale shop . 2 ladies were arguing in font of the customer . We were there for at least 20 minutes. The whole 20 minutes was shocking I could not belive it . Old lady asked us if we need hand well she was walking out the door lovely lady . But other 2 were arguing . Young lady keep on saying no one told me im still new here but they carried on well there was at least 6 customers in . It didn't look perfesionl at all could have goan to staff room if they need it chat . We didn't really want to go over the counter and pay well they were having there meeting so we waited for the older lady to came back. It was trible.

Chris is an outstanding immigration adviser. Fed up with different advises by many advisors, we approached him as our last resort. And that became one of the best decisions we've ever made.
