We bought a pair of hand raised lovebirds last year.Veronica and Mark gave us amazing advice.They are very passionate and knowledgeable bird owners.The whole family love visiting the shop to buy toys and supplies from their extensive shop with great varietyand good prices.The birds are an wonderful addition to our family just like they said.Thank you!

Was pretty friendly staff, it definitely smelt in the store but I suppose it is to be expected when housing rodents. But the rodents cage was dirty obviously doesn't get cleaned daily and they weren't friendly. One of the males even tried tried eat my finger although I don't hold that to him.They had alot of variety compared to other pet stores. Overall I felt a bit belittled by whom I can only guess was the owner or manager when talking facts about the reptiles and my interest in getting one. But I suppose it's their job to make sure you know what you are getting into.

I get all my bird supplies from here, they are wonderful and very friendly and helpful staff. I've gotten 4 of my budgies from them and they've all been happy and healthy. I love to just pop in for a chat and to see what new things are in store
