Overall good service, just a little hiccup with them running behind schedule. They called ahead to let us know they were running behind, which we appreciated. Both guys were professional, friendly and didn’t bat an eye at lugging all of our items up four flights of stairs!

Gavin was great to deal with to relocate my R1 from Auckland to Dunedin. Called soon after I accepted the quote to arrange a date for pick up. He was flexible with a few changes in my end in regards to pick up location etc. Would recommend

Fantastic team to deal with. I placed an on-line order to have a new vehicle delivered from Hamilton to Wellington and it was collected the very same day and delivered the next. The chap who delivered the car called Ray was super friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for better service, and also well priced.

I used Low Tow Service. He was fantastic. Prompt both pick up and delivery. Car was Immobile but didn’t even have to lift a finger. Would recommend and definitely use again.
