Nice showroom, although with all the cars squeezed in so tight felt claustrophobic. Neil behind the desk was helpful, but can't say that for the sales team as there is no one there.

Could do better in Customer relations.I wanted information and had to call them back despite saying they were going to phone me.Not everyone wants a new car but a smile would have gone a long way.Will avoid this Branch in future.

We were having trouble finding a car that my wife found comfortable enough to drive. We have had Toyotas for many years but couldn't find anything suitable in our price range. We called in to Levin Kia to look at 2nd hand Kia's to see what they were like to drive and we ended up ordering a new Kia Seltos. We cannot praise Vicki enough. She showed us the new options and ket us test drive a new Seltos which was a great car to drive. At no time did we feel under any pressure to buy from them (we live in New Plymouth) but the friendly, helpful service we received fron Vicki was so amazing that we decided to buy from Levin Kia instead of coming back to NP to buy one.
