Would not reccomend takanini.. couple friendly faces apart from one retail assistant hardly knew about product and too busy worried that we were thieving once we wanted to purchase it was a no go her attitude changed she kind of let off as if we couldn't afford it. Would not reccomend.

The worst grooming job I have ever seen! My dog was pretty and beautiful just need I little hair cut and they did the worst hair cut!! Can’t believe how bad it is!! Hate this place!

I have taken my dogs here for years. The staff in the shop are great and the vet is too. One thing I noticed they dont have a permanent vet there now. They use to. I had to book the appt for vaccines 2 weeks out so if its urgent I suggest you ring around.

Friendly, helpful team, always take time to talk when I am there. Had a recent issue with a delivery order going around the suburbs with the couriers and the central support team and the Takanini team got it sorted for me and made it as easy as it usually is :)

It was my partners cat who needed to be seen and this is his vet.I went along and am now considering switching my vets.The staff are incredible, they help you, make you understand what's going on. Decent pricing compared to some other vets.

This is the place to go if you want your furry family members to be cared for well. Staff are always friendly and always remember their patients face... its like the Cheers for animals.... A place where everyone knows your (cats) name.
