Just want to thank the staff for taking care of my fur baby. Mindy was very compassionate caring and understanding and helped me in my own process when it came to arranging plans for my Fur baby. She said all the right things I needed to do for preparation.I feel without her input I would have rushed into something without thinking it through.She really did make a big difference an helped me during my loss.This is my second time here, in 5 years, I am giving this place a 5 star coz I went somewhere else outwest and it wasn't the same vibe as this place, Where you are welcomed, invited and greeted with the same love respect just like a funeral home.Thank yous so much I appreciate yous alot.

My cat passed away on Monday and his ashes came back Wednesday. Their effort to get them done quickly was amazing. Thank you so much, I am really grateful. Also heard great feedback about them from the vet clinic I took my cat to.

I wish we could give more stars to the wonderful people at Pets @ Rest, they are the best, it was our first time cremating one of our fur babies.If you want to still have your loved pet with you when they depart I would highly recommend going here. We are so grateful to have loving caring people in this world who do such a excellent service, thank you so much, words honestly cannot express how you were there for my whanau. Stay Blessed!!

Our family was so appreciative of Pets@Rest on the death of our beloved Remy cat - our feisty and fun companion for 19 years. Their kindness, thoughtful and timely professionalism helped us greatly in navigating a difficult journey. I highly reccomend their services and caring staff.

We had to have our beloved border collie put to sleep on 24.12.18. She was 14 and a half. We chose to have her cremated. Pets @ Rest collected her from our vet on the North Shore. I collected her ashes today. The box she is in is beautiful, along with the certificate to say it is only her ashes that have been returned to us. Very professional. Thank you.

Lost our beloved dog Missy 16.5 years and was so pleased we found Pets@Rest. Wonderful service, such kindness. Mindy thank you for your time explaining things and taking care of our little girl. Bless you.

Apauling and terrible service. Please never take your pets here. Ive never had such a heartbreaking and traumatising experience from a place before. Mindy was horrible and insincere.A backhanded apology was given by the manager for her behaviour, which was unacceptable. Also please note that my beautiful baby was couriered back to me like an object, it broke my heart further. She never deserved that!

I don't trust these people, my guinea pig's ashes came back in a cat size box, weighing about the same as one of my other cat's ashes. I don't know what or who is in that box, but I don't think it's my guinea pig : (

I lost my boy on the 6th of June, he was back with me on the 10th. I had spoken to a lovely gentleman there the same day he had been picked up by them, he assured me they would take care of my boy like he was their own. They did so well and returned him to me in a lovely little box with a certificate.
