My family and I have been visiting Stephan from Koru for chiropractic care for several years now and find Stephan to be an exceptional chiropractic practitioner with a deep understanding and wealth of knowledge in the area of functional neurology and care of the nervous system. In terms of tangible results, his care and knowledge which he has been more than happy to pass on, (encouraging self care of the nervous system), has significantly reduced my neck pain, headaches and migraine frequency and has improved my body's ability to cope with stress. In the past I suffered serious head and neck injuries from several car accidents and had been to many practitioners in different fields for help, often without relief. Stephan's chiropractic care has been highly effective for me and my family and we have found him to be a confident practitioner we can trust and rely on.

Excellent treatment and direct and clear communication - this is exactly what I was looking for.First of all, I was a bit suspicious when I went to my first appointment with Stefan- it was in June 2018- whether chiropractic would be appropriate for me (I had a hip replacement in February 2018).However, he has pointed out all the problems with my body (hips, back, neck) and he already could fix a lot of them.Now, I am going every 6 weeks to him for a short session and all my doubts are gone if chiropractic is really helpful.Probably, it could be that not always this kind of treatment is the right matter for everyone.However, once you decided to go for chiropractic you definitely must find the right person for you and you have to build a relationship (chemistry) in order to get the right results.It is now a pleasure to express that I found the right person with Stefan as I like clear and honest communication even it says that I have to change something.My deepest recommendation: go to him as he is a very experienced and knowledgeable chiropractor.

I can't recommend Stefan enough. His chiropractic skills are next level, but it's the functional neurology work he helped me with that literally changed my life. I was told by a multitude of practitioners that BPPV/benign paroxysmal positional vertigo wasn't going to kill me, that it was nothing to worry about, and could not be cured. After all, it's just dizziness" right.. Stefan was the first person to see the damage these symptoms were having on all other areas of my life. Fear of sleeping/lying down is not healthy (!). It was a very disappointing experience. Stefan may know a lot about healing the body but he doesn’t have any bedside manner or empathy, in fact I found him to be quite rude and unprofessional. An injury can make you feel vulnerable and emotional and I think Stefan needs to educate himself in healing not just the body but the overall welfare of his patient.

I have been going to Stefan for over a year now and its fair to say I'm an addict!
