Great experience using First Light when our hot water tank mysteriously stopped working. Electrician arrived earlier than promised and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Won't hesitate to use again.

Great advice and very helpful in sorting me out a new streaming audio system. Went through a number of options and showed me what was involved. Extremely happy with the system I finally purchased.

It's ok, nice staff but more than a little in need of better training. I knew exactly what i wanted and told them up-front I was extremely short on time but they couldn't find the box for the product and continued to stuff around doing an order for delivery which took more than twice as long as it should have. Products arrived ok the following week. I should have just done the order online instead of going to the store.

Had an issue with a product I bought off them that was under warranty. It was resolved surprisingly fast and I was very happy with the service I received.

What an Awesome team working at Big Noise Henderson. I dropped my car off for installation of an amplifier and subwoofer and they did an amazing job installing these. I would definitely recommend using Big Noise and I have already booked in for a replacement head unit because they were so good.

The order ended up tossed against a neighbor's door on the opposite side of the house so it was a wonder I ever got what I ordered.(There are seven units here, just picking one at random is not on at all. Leaving a notice to pickup would have been professional, as would a simple text message or phone call, but even in the mailbox would have a better chance of getting to me) Horrible delivery aside, the product was correct, was dispatched quickly, and seems well made. I hesitate to buy anything more from Rubber Monkey though as I can't be sure of delivery.

I went to Soundline to discuss my Audio-visual requirements for my house alteration which involved a complete change to our main living areas . Up until my visit to them, I was getting utterly confused with the IT and the wiring requirements to account for music, television, existing stereo and outdoor music capability as well as wireless connectivity for the whole house. Darrin and Hamish worked well together and came onsite and worked out a total package with options - we were able to work through the plan and it has delivered us a tidy set up which works well.They have been very accessible with their service, worked well with the builder, electrician and architect and I value the after sales service provided which included showing us to use the system and being available on the phone to help deal with any problems (which have been few). I would recommend them to anyone who is needing expertise in with a home theatre set up and am very happy with the outcome .

James really knows his stuff and is very knowledgeable and honest; gave us a run down of all our options and recommendations. I got a reversing camera installed to my car and my partner had a new touch screen head unit and reversing camera installed to his. Excellent service and job done, both happy customers . Highly recommend
