When the Zeppelin Air stopped working I was devastated and worse still it wouldn't hook into our WiFi. Made contact with Distinction Audio & Visual and to my delight they made arrangements to visit our home. Hannes arrived as promised and now we're back up and working again.Such good service thank you.

Distinction Audio & Visual is one of the best places I have walked into in a very long time. Went in asking about what may suit me for a new set up as my old system had done its dash. Hannes was a huge help. Any questions I asked he had the answers. Once we talked about the budget he gave me options and we went from there. I felt no pressure to buy any one brand and once I worked out where I wanted to start the deal was done. Speakers and amp delivered hassle and damage free by a good company. The best part about all of the above is I have found my passion for music again and hearing it through some good gear has really made my day. Excellent Customer service. The speakers were too large to fit in my car & Hannes offered to deliver them on Saturday. He was also most helpful, setting up listening sessions, so I could evaluate closely the speakers.Will be back, budget allowing :-)
