Excellent experience working with parcelmate. They made the process simpler.I have used them for many times, I was kept informed by email during every step of the shipping process and was notified when the shipment had been delivered by their own driver.AND also I can not understand why people register some NEW user names to place a 1 star feedback, you need to tell something you really experienced on google review.anyway, If you need a reliable, cost effective freight forwarder, I recommend parcelmate.

Great service! Bought a piano in China and went through parcelmate's sea freight service. It was a hard job to ship the piano and it got delivered on time without any problem. Very happy experience and the customer service was brilliant! 5-star recommendation!
