A very nice place. A family business. The hot pool is very hot & if you have heart problems caused by the you know what, i would highly recommend taking kelp powder, water & avoiding the cold dip pool after the hot, the hottest pool is excellent but you need to be in excellent physical condition. Very healing water & a beautiful place. Age restriction is 14+ so not suitable for familys with young children. Overall a great facility. Thanks!

Cool place to visit. There's a geothermal walkway with a geyser, sillica terraces and a maori village which is very interesting. The termal pools are really nice to relax in. There's 3 different pools with varying temperatures, including very hot pool and a cooler pool. The water is full of natural minerals with healing properties so don't shower straight after swimming, let the minerals soak in.

A really well maintained facility with four hot pools to enjoy in a lovely natural bush setting. Bring your own towel and water as there are no drinking fountains. Some areas of the pools are quite deep but can still stand with head above water (I’m 5’4”).

Superb! Geothermal walkway: 15NZD, ca 30min. Includes views of geysir, terraces and maori huts&craft. Pools admission: 25NZD, lockers cost extra. Hottest pool about 40 degrees. I came there with some minor skin irritations from a fall and from sitting in cars too much - skin was perfect after leaving the spa! thanks!!

Fantastic pools for adults, remember not to shower afterwards for 4-8 hours so minerals absorb into the body, I feel so refreshed and my aches and pains from arthritis are gone from an old football injury that has been humming while on vacation. Grab one coupon was great deal and I highly recommend this place to relax and soothe away the aches and pains.

It is easily accessible by car from Taupo town. Each pool has different temperature. The walkway is also pretty good.

Really great way to spend some time relaxing. Beautifully designed area and 4 different pools of different temperatures. If you get too hot at any point you can just change pools and cool down.

Very nice and calm experience. The different pools are spacey so you don't need to get close if you don't want to. The hottest Pool is quite the muscle relaxing boiler. But couldn't stay in there for more than 10min. Also the walk around the Maori experience was nice. Cool geyser. Nice views and pictures worthy. All in all... a nice and relaxing experience for half a day to have a break between travelling.
