Went in for a suspected seal replacement of some sort but ended up having the whole transmission rebuilt. Took a lot longer than originally quoted but it was well worth the wait as the transmission runs smooth as.Very happy with the work done and the cost was as much as one would expect in today's covid market but again, was worth every cent.Would not hesitate to use again and highly recommend the team at Marshall Transmissions in Frankton.

Was not impressed with having to wait 5 hours after being told the car would be ready by 11:30am ( dropped the car off at 8:30am). Paid $85 and the problem was not resolved as the car is still making a noise. However if we want the problem resolved then we need to come back and pay more money. The car was not ready till around 130pm. Couldnt believe their response when I called up after to ask why it took so long and the response was.. We had to try and find someone to put the car up so that it could be looked at & oh its that time of the year. Plans were ruined and changed because if we had known it would take 5 HOURS for one job then we would have organised alternatives but because we were told it would be ready by 11:30 and then not till another hour later then waiting another 1hour and a half RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUDE!
