Marshall Transmissions

Went in for a suspected seal replacement of some sort but ended up having the whole transmission rebuilt. Took a lot longer than originally quoted but it was well worth the wait as the transmission runs smooth as.Very happy with the work done and the cost was as much as one would expect in today's covid market but again, was worth every cent.Would not hesitate to use again and highly recommend the team at Marshall Transmissions in Frankton.

Was not impressed with having to wait 5 hours after being told the car would be ready by 11:30am ( dropped the car off at 8:30am). Paid $85 and the problem was not resolved as the car is still making a noise. However if we want the problem resolved then we need to come back and pay more money. The car was not ready till around 130pm. Couldnt believe their response when I called up after to ask why it took so long and the response was.. We had to try and find someone to put the car up so that it could be looked at & oh its that time of the year. Plans were ruined and changed because if we had known it would take 5 HOURS for one job then we would have organised alternatives but because we were told it would be ready by 11:30 and then not till another hour later then waiting another 1hour and a half RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUDE!

MT helped my Dad in law, who is hard to impress. Dad told me to only use MT and they are much, much cheaper than in Auckland!

The team were clear on the processes and work they were going to carry out and outlined potential costs prior to beginning.I came back a week after the work was carried out to query an aspect of the job and I was received well and additional checks were carried out at no cost to ensure all aspects of their work was of a high standard. Recommended.

I have a Porsche Cayman tiptronic (2008) that sounded like the gears were slipping. After a short drive with a team member they diagnosed that this was a torque converter.They took the gearbox out and overhauled the torque converter.I am sooooooo happy. The team are super friendly and know their stuff. I would say that you are able to take your special/unusual car to them and know that they will A) fix it and B) treat it with care.I was very impressed.

Did a transmission oil change in less than one hour, prompt service and friendly staff.Many thanks

Got my automatic transmission serviced. Friendly staff, but had to wait for the car to be ready even tho they had it all day.

It is easy to say, that this work place has very competent workers. Very thorough with their task at hand, reasonable prices that's affordable, & simply, such a professional manner throughout this garage. Definitely reliable, & #We'llBeBack!!
