A wonderful place to relax. The private pool is a nice treat. Everything was very clean - the swimsuit dryer was amazing!

Excellent hot pools with a fabulous view of Mount Maunganui. We went just before the school holidays so was quiet enough. Lots of space for lots of people. Shower and toilet facilities super clean. Different pool temperatures to suit what you like. We used the cooler pool to swim/ play games and the warmer pools to just chill. Drinking water available too as you can get easily dehydrated. Lovely staff and helpful. We used the private pool too for 30 minutes that was very relaxing. Definitely worth a visit!!

The lights went on and off, we got changed as fast as we could but apparently not fast enough. 3 minutes later and we were getting knocks on the door, they asked of the key so we handed it over, shut the door to finish getting dressed and the next couple bowls on in. Geez guys! Way to make a nice experience something terrible. Also, dim the lights. Its not relaxing having 150w of power in your face in a spa.

We recently visited Mount Hot Pools and overall, I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars. While there were a couple of areas that fell short of expectations, there were also some standout features that made the experience worthwhile.One aspect that didn't quite meet my expectations was the water temperature. I had assumed that the pools would be hotter, given the name Hot Pools." However

Great collection of naturally heated salt water pools for a soak after a walk up the Mount.Pools all feel clean and fresh and range in temperature from about 34 to 39.Change and toilet facilities are good and feel clean.Parking (limited) is available for free outside the front entrance.Cost is $20 per adult.

Witnessed a life guard treat my friend so disrespectfully. He needs some cultural awareness and has to work on his manners. My friend tried to ask about complaints process only to he told they didn't known if they had one. Disgusting service.

Best when no crowds.. went around 4pm.. spa's did it for me.. temperature was about 37°.. general admission $20.. was in campground for nite so you get 50% off.. heated salt water.. does have chlorine in water.

Good place to relax specially after a walk around the mount ☺️, parking was bit an issue so you know that this place is very popular ❤️ general pools was lovely too with an amazing view of the mount. Paid Towels and other accessories available. Overall great place to relax for singles or couples or even for family.
