Would not recommend this company to anyone . 10 months to get all screens and doors . Not very good communication at all , the owner of this business is actually very disrespectful and rude . very quick to want your money but very slow to fulfill the work . This has been a huge effort to get our job done and it is of very poor condition . Wrong measurements the main problem as well as very long waiting times for screens . To the point of me ringing for 2 weeks straight every day to get some one to answer . If you like drama this would be the place to go otherwise steer clear .

Had a really good experience at Home Plus.l had a drawer that had been damaged by previous owner of 3 year old house that we just purchased.The front of the drawer came off the first time we opened it, very disappointed especially when previous owner denied anything was wrong with it. So l took to HomePlus who gave me replacement parts free of charge, this just made my day. Big thankyou to the team at HomePlus.

So happy with the Phantom Screens team. I noticed they could span big openings with their outdoor blinds compared to others. They were a little more expensive but noticeably better quality which is what I was after. Now I am also considering fly screens for the windows and doors.

Helpful and friendly , excellent service

We went to Cairnscorp to have our outdoor cushions re-stitched however, when we returned to collect the cushions, we were asked to pay about $1,000 instead of the the estimated $300 price. It turns out that Cairnscorp had mistakenly made new cushions from scratch and then insisted that we were in the wrong. The new cushions did not even fit our outdoor chairs. Instead of simply resolving the issue and re-stitching the cushions as originally asked, Cairnscorp then refused to help us any further, insisting that we did not have a good working relationship." We do not recommend Cairnscorp at all and we will not be returning."

We have had nothing but fantastic service from Phantom Screens. We have their screens throughout our whole house, and people are always impressed with them and the quality of their work. The screen we have covering a large stacker door is awesome in summer, allows us to have the door wide open, and no insects or flies. I would and have recommended Phantom Screens many times.
