Excellent service! I live in Melbourne and was visiting Wellington recently. I knew I needed a new screen protector for my phone and so went into Cell City Lambton Quay. Kobe greeted with me a smile and quickly solved my first problem - a clogged charger port. He cleaned it out in 10 seconds, solved a problem that had been bugging me for months, without charge. Then I said I needed a new screen protector because mine had busted. He had a new one fitted a couple of minutes later and said he wouldn't charge for that either if I left a google review. I needed a ‘secondhand’ iPhone and was advised to buy one at a reputable place, rather than on line. CellCity on Lambton Quay was easy to see from the street and well laid out, so I went in. The salesperson was knowledgeable, helpful, did not ‘talk down’ to me….a child of the 60s, and had just what I needed at a reasonable price.Confidence inspiring.

Exceptional service. Half of my touch screen on my iphone wasn't working. They estimated an hour and a half to fix it and had it done in less than that - for a VERY reasonable price. Also fitted a screen protector for me. So friendly and professional throughout. A huge relief to be back in action so quickly and painlessly. Highly recommend these guys. This is my second experience with them and they've been superb both times.
