Would not recommend this company to anyone . 10 months to get all screens and doors . Not very good communication at all , the owner of this business is actually very disrespectful and rude . very quick to want your money but very slow to fulfill the work . This has been a huge effort to get our job done and it is of very poor condition . Wrong measurements the main problem as well as very long waiting times for screens . To the point of me ringing for 2 weeks straight every day to get some one to answer . If you like drama this would be the place to go otherwise steer clear .

We had a wheelchair lift installed on a Hiace Van with some other modifications at the same time. We were very happy with the quality and finishing of the work. Neil and Mark were great to deal with throughout the whole process. They even picked us up from the airport! Great work guys... Excellent job.

Had a really good experience at Home Plus.l had a drawer that had been damaged by previous owner of 3 year old house that we just purchased.The front of the drawer came off the first time we opened it, very disappointed especially when previous owner denied anything was wrong with it. So l took to HomePlus who gave me replacement parts free of charge, this just made my day. Big thankyou to the team at HomePlus.

Bought racking from NZ Shelving 7 yrs ago, after moving them 4x in that period, they are still going strong, so much so I bought more. Same excellent sales and service, even delt with the same people. And even arrived after 3 days, with no hassles.

Pricey, but good quality glassware. Unfortunately, they let themselves down with poor communication (causing a frustrating process and delayed install). After initially being in touch with the manager, I am still waiting acknowledgement of response from our feedback about the whole process (sent 10 days ago), therefore 2 stars only.EDIT after receiving below response from owner: I had paid the outstanding bill (in full) days before this response (including sending an email to the accounts department to let them know why there was a delay as we were still working through a few issues). This highlights the problems this company has and I suspect trying to cover up and throw blame on the customer in this instance. I have emailed the owner of this and offered if he wants to reflect on his comments but still waiting to hear back.

I was super happy with the service I received from Showerwell. I had an urgent job to be supplied and installed and they were able to do this in the required time frame. The product and install are of high standard. I would highly recommend them.

Overall Shelving Depot has been awesome to work with – if you have a racking challenge or are wanting help with relocating your current setup, you need to talk to them!We had spoken to three other racking firms about our relocation project (including the one that actually installed the current racking in the Mt Roskill location) and I felt none really “wanted to help us” – they offered pennies for our current racking, wanted to sell, sell, sell and simply didn’t want to understand what the best plan for us would be. Daniel and the Shelving Depot team visited our site within days and built and delivered a detailed, practical racking relocation plan, all within an upfront budgeted figure - and all under Level 3 Covid restrictions to boot! We have added quite a few extra smaller sections of racking to utilise extra space since the initial install and they have again been great to deal with – including buying back at reasonable figure any odds and ends of racking that we didn’t require.
