I’m extremely happy with my decision to go with POMSS. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Graham provided quotes in a timely manner and was transparent re. the lead time (4-5 weeks based on my selection). During this time, Heather kept me informed of my order status. The day of installation was hassle-free. Radu was on time, friendly, efficient and cleaned up his area of work. I ordered 2 CrimSafe doors and remeshed one of the windows. The products are high quality and robust, definitely worth every single cent. I highly recommend this company.

Very satisfied with the window insect screen and security screen door installation; I wouldn't have survived this sweltering summer without them. The POMS team were friendly and easy to deal with, and their communication was responsive from initial inquiry to install. The CrimSafe door looks sleek, keeps bugs out, and holds up well to forceful kicks and knocks by my unruly pre-schooler. Best money ever spent.
