Automotech came all the way down to Christchurch to install our first two hoists. Installation of hoists including all air line setups are done to perfection. Dominic was very helpful with advice on setting up the workshop, his expert knowledge clearly shows many years of experience in this industry. Thank you Sandra & Dominic for going literally the extra mile!

I cannot recommend this company, their technician failed to service our equipment correctly thus a line blew and we were unable to use the hoist. this resulted in us having no choice but to shut the workshop down for a whole day, we lost out on a large chunk of income not to mention the tech used OUR cleaning products and still left us to clean the mess....The rude, disrespectful women on the phone, Sandra still demanded, we pay the bill because they came back and fixed the issue, despite the tech admitting fault.The attitude we received was nothing short of disgusting, thus we will be using the services of a different company.

I had the pleasue of having Henry from Automotech Central install a new car hoist for me. Outstanding communication, service and support offered with a friendly positive attitude and fantastic customer service. Henry offered to come on a weekend to get the installation completed ealier than expected too. Overall fantastic customer experience. Tony

Sadly Had a terrible experience with Automotech, they said they could not service critical equipment for maybe 8 days, but would confirm, they called back to confirm that 8 days the best they could do, I said thanks, I have found a next day alternative, the owner, Sandra replied, “I don’t know why I bother” and hung up…..I called back to ask if they no longer wanted us as a customer and they have confirmed it, once again hanging up on me.
