Have used Audio Visual ever since we moved to Tauranga 15 years ago and have only ever had the BEST service and results every time. We have moved 8 times and Andrew has done the reinstall of our TV, Home Theater for each move.You wont find a more capable person than Andrew, he can think outside the square and has sorted every issue or question we have ever had. 100%

Andrew has turned our basic TV set up to a full cinematic experience- the sound system is fully surrounding including outdoor speakers for when the dudes are bbqing, 100% couldn’t be happier - everything is Bluetooth and user friendly.

Having gone above and beyond with our installs, I can’t rate AV Concepts high enough. They have so much knowledge and advice on what products to use and which to avoid.Our first summer with outdoor speakers has been amazing & movie nights is always bliss. We’ve now got Andrew booked to install new cameras and update our home wifi.

I cannot recommend Andrew from Audio Visual Concepts highly enough. His product knowledge is outstanding and the personalised service he provides is second to none. In the last 10+ years we have used him to set up all our audio visual systems in two new homes we built as well as recommend and source specific products for us. He is also excellent at hanging a TV perfectly and placing ceiling speakers in just the right spot!!

Andrew from AudioVisual Concepts has completed audio visual installations at both new houses we have built and has serviced other audio visual updates for us for the best part of 15 years. His knowledge, skill and attention to detail in nothing less than brilliant. The equipment he has recommended and the systems he has set up for us have been perfect for our requirements - he is very responsive and great at communications - and goes out of his way to get the systems installed just as you want it - I recommend his services highly
