I think overall I spent 9 hours at this store. The service was amazing in tailoring the speaker system perfectly to my liking. I was very specific and precise but they were still happy and patient to retry any speaker I went through. Best customer service experience

We were having trouble with wifi around our home as it is made from Tilt Slab. They did an amazing job, very professional. We now get the perfect speed anywhere in the house. I would highly recommend this company.

Magnum Sound and Vision
I got my QED reference audio 40 cable recently and connected it to my Denon AVRX2800H amplifier to my Denon DCD900NEBKE cd player. What a difference! The sound is clearer and the separation is much more distinct for the instruments. Creating a more realistic sound scape. Well worth the upgrade in cables. Well done Steve and Dave. The red cables look super cool as well!

This is my second purchase from Magnum and these guys are fantastic. Great communication by e-mail, phone or in person. So helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Both items have gone into a small work space, KEF Q350's in mid 2020 and a REL T5x this week, both purchases advised by Magnum and have really hit the nail on the head. Really would advise anyone to have a chat about your particular needs and see what they come up with. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Superb buying experience buying my KEF speakers. Delivery was super speedy and was delivered ahead of the ETA given. Very happy and will be back for my KEF350s when on sale as I missed the Christmas sale. Awesome team - thanks 10/10

Steven and his team are great. The store has a good range of lo-fi to hi-fi products and the staff are very knowledgeable in advising you the best options that meet your budget and requirements. They also do house visits to let you listen to the difference in sound when switching cables etc with your equipment. This is great when you really want to ascertain if what you want to buy will be an improvement to your existing gear. Highly recommend them if you are looking into purchasing some good audio equipment.

Online ordering was hassle free with good communication throughout process. Tv cabinet was well packed and undamaged despite the appearance of transit damage of external packaging.Would recommend
