KD's Electrical
We took an appliance in to KD Electrical and they quickly found it unrepairable and told us their fee for this swift diagnosis was $100. We challenged this as it seemed very expensive and have now received their Bill for $120. No travel. The invoice states minimum travel/labour 1/2 hour that is $240 per hour this is highway robbery. Will never darken their door again. We have given them 2 opportunities to review their billing. This is our second less then pleasant experience with this company.

Steve and Sandie tested and tagged all the electrical appliances in my parents' holiday home. They provided an excellent service and they were given detailed reports. The asset list was invaluable when they had to make an insurance claim due to flooding. They are helpful and efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Espresso Tools New Zealand
Espresso tools are the agents for Profitec Machines in NZ.They refuse to freely supply parts for these machines so that they can do the repair work themselves.This is in contravention to NZ consumer law.For this reason I advise against buying a Profitec machine.

Dealing with this company through Samsung. Machine was picked up really quickly for assessment. But 8 days later and it’s still not assessed. It’s winter and I have a house full of people. Really need my dryer seen to fast.My machine came back filthy and with scratches! Why? See the gaps when assembled?
