I have dropped my Beret clippers for repair on a Saturday, the following Monday i was told what the problem was and there where no spare parts available and no possible ETA either. I asked Ross to keep it there, 2 weeks later he texted that the spare parts have arrived and how much it would be to repair. I had the repair done and the the clippers where back with me within 3 days via courier. Amazing service and great communication. I will definitely use him again thanks Ross.

RNR repaired my GHD really quickly and returned it to Australia in a new pouch. I am beyond happy with the service, communication, value and workmanship. I wish I would have had my GHD repaired in the first place instead of buying a new device. I would 100% recommend this business. I can’t believe I couldn’t get this done is Aus. Thank you Ross!
