Bathroom remodeler

Hi there, we had the case of multiple unreported issues at our property that we only discovered once the tenant vacated it unexpectedly. We had to ogranise the repairs quickly as decided to put our house on the market. We reached out to John and were very happy with the services and the quality of John's work. At the beginning, John completed a thorough assessment of the property and highlighted few additional things we were not aware of. We then discussed what we would want to include in the scope of works. The works were completed on time and the subsequent invoice was as per the original quote provided. We found Mike Bronswijk from Pzazz Building Waikato to be a worthwhile choice to pull out our shower unit and replace it with a new one. We have never had a builder like Mike come in and ask, and listen, to what we thought, we might need. Mike suggested a shower unit and installed it. The workmanship was first rate. We would use Mike again without even thinking, and we would suggest to our friends to use, Mike.

Sophia and Mike helped me through quite a significant renovation and were a pleasure to work with. Artbuild made wardrobes for 3 bedrooms in our old 1910 NZ villa - they were made to fit the style of the house and look great. They were very responsive, communicated well and did a fantastic tidy job. We would absolutely choose them again.

Rachel braved torrential rain to make it to our first consultation and totally understood the look and feel we were trying to get for our bathroom, ensuite and toilet. We wanted to complete the renovations within a budget and they made this really easy, offering lots of different options for fittings and letting us know we could supply our own tap-ware ordered elsewhere if we needed (which we did end up doing). Any time there was a hiccup or delay it was quickly remedied and all the questions I had along the way were answered really quickly. The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail is outstanding - especially the tiling work - and we are so happy with the result.
