Jay was the Master Builder for current house that I live in with my family and it has been about 10 years since I have worked with Jay for 3 projects including  water leaking, renovation and new build. For the leaking project, my previous house had an issue with roof parapets as it was a plaster-clad home built in 1990’s. Jay undertook a thorough investigations and discussed different options for the repair and associated budgetary requirements. When I worked with Jay for renovating our bathroom, he organised smooth flow for the project and delivered good outcome within a limited timeframe and even added value to home. By renovating our bathroom, it brought some new look to our bathroom and face lift it needs. Also, it resulted to increase the value of the house as well. When my family has decided to build a new house, it was quite daunting process as it was our first time. However Jay had decent experiences of building new houses and was knowledgeable of all aspects of our project and was able to plan, coordinate and manage the project from start to finish. He had flexibility and effectiveness in dealing with unexpected developments happened. He worked closely with us to identify a solution that was acceptable to us. We would not hesitate to hire Jay again or to recommended him to our friends and neighbours.
