What you'd expect from remade mall food. The bento comes with a bonus miso soup so that's pretty good if you want something quick and warm to go.

Ordered dumplings which they said will take 15 mins. Came back to pick it up in 15 mins only to realize that they gave it to another customer and they just grabbed it from that customer and gave it to me. Very disgusting. If I wasn't in a hurry I would have asked for a refund.

Be careful of this place, found fly in food staff member tried to downsize my bento cause ei had eaten like 3 peices of vegetables. Then I told them I dont eat seafood so she then proceeded to take the chicken off another product to place ok where the fish was.... they clearly dont care about food safety. Would totally avoid

The best Japanese food we've had in a while. The sushi are fresh and melting, and the ramen is really good. We highly recommend this place. It's already the second time we've been there.

I don't even know where to start.Big regrets going here.Staff talking to each other whilst serving customers (barely acknowledging them) and then the food was just... it wasn't great.The other reviews say it all really.

Ordered ramen from here, egg was so overcooked and the noodles were soggy, soft and limp. Ate a couple of bites and it had to go into the bin. Worst ramen I have ever eaten. Instant noodles would taste better.

Kyoto staff on phone full time. not washing hands when customers order food especially in this covid time. They brush their teeth at the same kiosk as they cook.Picking teeth in kiosk when customers around. Apron dirty and disgusting. Their mop is left out on the floor by kiosk which stink when you sit near there kiosk. They don't wear hair nets or gloves when preparing food. Yelling at the top of their voices when calling out food order like they are in some local japanese marke! Frankly they dont even deserve a one star either!

I don't usually write reviews but honestly, this sushi place is the worst place to get sushi. It doesn't usually taste fresh and one time the avocado in my sushi was green but hard as a rock, I couldn't chew it at all! It was actually disgusting. Don't go here! Waste of money and you can get higher quality sushi from Delight sushi in takapuna or Umi sushi
